INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

125g Soft Butter
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Egg (Beaten)
1 3/4 Cups of Self Raising Flour
250g Chocolate Chips

Preperation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes (per tray)

Makes Approx. 40 cookies!

Easy Vegan Cannabis Chocolate Cooking with Marijuana

Simple Vegan Marijuana Chocolate

1/2 – 1 Ounce ( 14 – 28 grams) Dried Marijuana Flower
1 cup (218 grams) Cocoa Butter
1 cup (118 grams) Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup (168 grams) Real Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Dash Salt
(Optional Add Ins: chopped peanuts, coconut flakes, rice crisps, etc.)

Grind Marijuana and make a pouch for it using the cheesecloth and cooking twine. Tie the marijuana pouch securely.

Place enough water in your double boiler to barely come to the bottom of your inner bowl. Heat the water to boiling and place cocoa butter into the inner bowl to fully melt.

Add 1 cup water and the pouch of ground marijuana into the cocoa butter. Cover and set timer for 3 hours. Watch carefully while simmering on low. Keep water level filled and turn the pouch with tongs carefully several times.

After 3 hours, remover inner pan, refill water completely, return inner pan with butter and pouch, turn heat to high and set timer for 1 hour.

Simmer on high remaining hour, remove when tiny bubbles appear all in the oil outside of the area containing the pouch. Do not scorch!

Carefully remove pouch and put in strainer to squeeze all butter out but not letting sediments in. Strain the entire cocoa butter infusion into another inner boiler pan. Put pan into the refrigerator for several minutes until the cocoa butter solidifies completely.

Carefully pour off the water completely. Let the oil dry or dab the excess water carefully before proceeding.

Return water and heat to the double boiler and add the cocoa butter pan over the boiling water until melted.

Add the 1 tsp vanilla, dash of salt and 1/2 cup maple syrup. Whisk together. Sift in cocoa powder a little at a time whisking together completely. Scrape the sides of the bowl and whisk until smooth and glossy.

Remove heat and pour chocolate into molds. Let cool in refridgrator then remove from molds carefully. Enjoy responsibly!

How To Make Cannabis Chocolate Chip Cookies

There is nothing better than a homemade chewy gooey chocolate chip cookie. In this recipe, we teach you how to make the classic cookie even better by elevating it with cannabis infused butter.
Making better tasting edibles is easy and we’ll show you how. First start with our Cannabutter recipe http://buttercake.ca/cannabutter-101/. Remember you need way less Cannabis than you think to make your edibles effective, and using a mixture of Cannabutter and regular butter will make your edibles taste much more like regular chocolate chip cookies. Remember that 10mg of THC when ingested is considered one dose, 10 mg of THC is plenty for most people.

For this recipe you’ll need a few tools:

1 – Digital Scale
2 – Stand Mixer, hand mixer or wooden spoon whichever you prefer
3 – Baking Sheet
4 – Cooling Tray
5 – Spatula
6 – Mixing Bowl

Prep Time: 20 min.

Recipe yields: 36 Cookies
Our recipe is dosed with enough butter to make each cookie contain 18.4mg of THC

INGREDIENTS:
236g all-purpose flour
2.5g Baking soda
72g room temperature Cannabutter = 662.4mg THC (See how to make Cannabutter and for more in depth information on dosing watch our Cannabutter video here http://buttercake.ca/cannabutter-101/ )
46g room temperature unsalted butter
118g white sugar
118g brown sugar
2g salt
1 room temperature egg
8g vanilla paste or vanilla extract
175g chocolate chips

METHOD:
In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour and baking soda and set aside.
In another bowl, using your stand mixer or hand mixer cream together the white sugar, brown sugar, Cannabutter and unsalted butter until smooth, creamy and fully mixed.
Add the egg, salt and vanilla to the butter mixture, beat until fully incorporated.
Add the flour mixture to the creamed butter and sugar, and mix until just incorporated.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until just incorporated.
Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for a minimum of one hour or overnight if possible.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

The key to properly and evenly dosed edibles is knowing the total amount of THC in your batch, and using your scale to weigh out each serving. Weigh out your final dough and divide the final weight by 36 (the recipe yield)
Our dough weighs 835g total making our cookies 23g each to get the desired dosing of 18.4mgTHC/ cookie.

Using your digital scale weigh your dough into 23g balls and bake for 12-14 mins. Keep an eye on your cookies, you know they are done when the edges are slightly browned, and the middle is still pale. Chocolate chip cookies taste best when they are slightly under done in the middle.

Ingredients:
-2 cups white flour
-1 tsp baking soda
-pinch of salt
-½ cup white sugar
-½ cup brown sugar
-1 cup cannabutter

-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
_______________________________________________________________

1) Preheat oven to 350°f
2) Line baking sheet with parchment paper

1) In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients thoroughly
2) Using an electric mixer, whisk the butter until it becomes creamy and smooth
3) Add both the sugars to the butter and continue beating until it becomes nice and fluffy
4) Then add the almond milk and vanilla extract and mix
5) Add dry ingredients and beat until properly incorporated
6) Add chocolate chips and fold them
7) Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
8) Scoop out 1″ balls onto baking sheet and flatten using a cup
9) Bake for 10-12 mins in preheated oven until golden brown along the edges
10) Let cool and Blast Off!!!
