Big topic today on Lex’s World! Today we talk about the basics of light spectrum, light (radiation) wavelengths, visible v. invisible light, the inverse square law, lux, watts and how ALL of these impact your marijuana growing! Like I said, huge topic. And to be clear, the advice given here is useful for all plants and teaches you about what green plants with a flowering period require especially. By the end of this slightly-longer-than-usual video, you will know a lot more about light intensity, comparing and contrasting different types of lights, the importance of paying attention to light height and much more. By the end of the video, you will be able to compare and contrast LED, CFL, HID and Plasma lighting based on their most important variable: how they put out light and how much of it.
